Information we collect
SecurityScope AI collects information you choose to submit through pricing, demo, and contact forms, including your name, work email, organization, role, workflow interests, and message. We also process limited technical information needed to protect forms, deliver the website, and diagnose failures.
How we use information
We use public website submissions to respond to requests, prepare pricing, schedule product conversations, manage prospective customer relationships, prevent abuse, and improve the website. Public website analytics, when enabled, are limited to aggregate page and interaction events and exclude form contents and authenticated application data.
Application and tenant data
Information inside the authenticated SecurityScope AI application is governed separately by the applicable customer agreement, tenant permissions, and product security controls. Public website analytics do not inspect project files, assessments, customer records, or tenant activity.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, database operation, email delivery, security, and optional privacy-conscious analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and prospective-customer information only while it remains useful for the requested conversation, legitimate business follow-up, legal obligations, and security records. Access is limited to authorized SecurityScope AI personnel. You may request correction or deletion subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop follow-up communication or request access, correction, or deletion by using the contact form. Do not submit confidential project information through the public website.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website and services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
